Bible Study
At Storyline Church, we believe the Bible is for everyone.
We teach it as the true story that changes lives. That’s why we gather each Sunday to hear from God’s Word together—it’s the primary way we stay rooted in Scripture and grow in our love for Jesus. But it doesn’t stop there. We also meet throughout the week, in groups of men and women, to build relationships, be intentionally formed by Scripture, and help each other follow Jesus in the Good Life.

Frequently asked questions

You can expect 1-2 hours of homework each week.
-
Yes! We believe that discipleship happens best in a community. You will gather with the same people around a table each week before heading into large group teaching time.

Many men and women each semester are doing a Bible study for the very first time. We’re excited that you have a desire to learn more about scripture.
As you’re filling out your registration, please mark yourself as a first time guest and we will help you get connected and give you extra support along the way! -
We know that life happens—vacations, sick kids, and work events can make it hard to be at study every week. That’s okay!
If you have to miss, just keep working through your workbook and let your table leader know you won’t be there. You can also stay connected by watching the large group teaching anytime on our YouTube Channel.

This is a great question and our hope is that both of these spaces function differently than each other.
At Bible Study, you will be gathered with the same table group of people walking slowly through a book of the Bible.
At Groups, you will gather in homes throughout our community to discuss the sermon, pray for one another, and care for group members. Discipleship happens through the community you do life with.
